Build a Reusable SEO and Fact-Check Prompt From Selectable Blocks

Build a reusable SEO and fact-check prompt with five blocks: search intent, SEO conditions, source rules, claim checks, and publishing conditions. Add the current assignment, review the combination, and save the reusable method.

Give each block one job

  1. Search intent: Define the reader’s question, expected answer, and scope.
  2. SEO conditions: Set the topic, supporting concepts, title constraints, and structure.
  3. Source rules: State the allowed evidence and freshness requirements.
  4. Claim checks: Check facts, dates, numbers, conditions, and exceptions against the supplied evidence.
  5. Publishing conditions: Define audience, voice, format, links, disclosures, and final review.

Select only the blocks the task needs.

Write blocks that stand alone

State the action, its boundary, and the expected output. A rule such as “Use good sources” leaves the evidence boundary unclear.

Use the source material provided for this task. Distinguish verified facts from interpretation, and do not add unsupported statistics, product claims, or quotations.

Assemble the prompt in order

  1. Define the task and reader.
  2. Add search intent and SEO conditions.
  3. Add source rules and claim checks.
  4. Add voice, structure, and publishing requirements.
  5. Supply the current topic, evidence, and destination.

Keep changing keywords, dates, links, and campaign details outside the reusable core.

A reusable prompt example

Task: Answer the supplied reader question for the defined audience.
SEO: Align the title, opening, and headings with search intent. Use the keyword naturally.
Evidence: Use only the supplied factual basis. Do not invent features, results, or quotations.
Claim review: Check factual statements against that evidence. Preserve qualifications and identify unverified points.
Publishing: Use natural American English, the requested format, and the specified call to action.
Current assignment: Add the topic, reader question, evidence packet, and destination.

Replace the current assignment each time you reuse the method.

Review before saving or sending

Read the combined prompt as one request. Remove duplicates, resolve contradictions, and fill in missing task data. Confirm that evidence limits, claim checks, output, and the next action are clear.

Save the working combination under a descriptive name, such as “SEO Article With Source and Claim Review.”

Use the method in a Windows workflow

PROMPTS FAVORITES provides hierarchical, selectable instruction blocks, a combined preview, named saved favorites or workflows, local JSON storage, and sending to a selected Windows target. It structures and sends instructions; it does not produce the AI answer or finished content.
